Day 13:
Simple Summer Salad
This is a really fresh and easy salad to make. Take lettuce, any variety, chop. Place in bowl along with, garbanzo beans, diced red onion, diced red pepper, tomatoes, fresh corn.
For the dressing add olive oil and fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together and toss with salad. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
