Toasted Chick Pea Salad

This is one of my favorite salads to make. Quite easy. Start by rinsing off a can of chick peas. Set to dry for a bit, then toss with flour. Heat some olive oil in pan and when hot enough add place chick peas, toss around and until golden brown, sprinkle with sea salt and lemon juice.

I like to make this with arugula, tomatoes, avocado, and kalamata olives. Toss all together with balsamic, lemon juice and olive oil. Add crushed black pepper, enjoy!
