Day 23

Dark Chocolate Tofu Mousse with Blueberries

Start by melting one bar 100% dark chocolate. Blend this with 1 box silken tofu. In separate bowl whip organic cream until firm. Fold into tofu mixture. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup until desired flavor. Fold in blueberries or place on top. enjoy.
