Tilapia over Pesto Spaghetti Squash
Start by placing spaghetti squash in oven for 30/40 minutes at 375. After it cools scrape squash out of shell. In pan saute garlic and onions, add squash, spinach, and basil, stir and let coot on low.
For tilapia rub; mix 1/2 tsp salt, cayenne pepper, oregano and black pepper. Mix this with flour and rub on each piece. Cook on low in pan with a small amount of olive oil.
For sauce mix mayonnaise and capers with garlic powder and lemon juice.
