Day 16

Upside-Down Pizza

Start by making pizza dough, like you would for a normal style pizza. Use small crocks or baking dishes, so they can be personal sizes. At the bottom of the dish start with one large tomato slice and then layer with fresh mozzarella, basil, spinach, zucchini, tomato sauce, olives or anything else you like. Top the dish with the pizza dough so it cover and folds over all edges of the dish.


Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Let sit to eliminate juices. To server flip up side down on a plate, the "pizza" will then flip right-side up.
