Black Bean Burgers
Cook one cup of black beans in chicken broth with a little soy sauce until tender. Cook carrots, onions, peppers, slightly. Put all in food processor with one egg, garlic, and seasoning. Blend Stir in bread crumbs until a god consistency. Cook in a pan with light drizzle of olive oil until brown on each side.
Serve with a whole wheat roll and avocado, over a bed of lettuce, or chop up and serve with whole wheat tortillas and guacamole. Don't forget the franks!
