Day 12:

BLT Redux

This BLT version has turkey bacon, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, romaine lettuce and a red pepper tomato spread. I used a Brioche style roll, cut in half. Spread a little olive oil and seasoning on each side of bread and toast.

For the Spread, roast red peppers and tomatoes, blend with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
